With our jointly-owned manufacturer, we own a resin sand production line with 20,000 tons production per year; one set of 8 tons blast-heating cupolsa and one set of 10 ton blast-heating cupolas; and two sets of 20 ton electric heat insulation furnaces. We can produce under 40-ton HT150-350 grey iron castings, and QT400-900 Spheroidal graphite iron castings. We have also established a serious product quality control system through our long manufacturing experience, owning a 19-channel spectrum analyzer and a series of advanced analyzing and checking instruments. We also have a rolling, plating, and blanking production line: 400~1600tons, 250tons~630tons, 63tons~160tons pressing line. We can receive the sheet metal stamping parts under 2360mm*2260mm*3mm.

Our province technology center has passed the ISO9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949 quality management system requirement. Now it is one of Chinese AAA quality and reputation enterprises and enjoys an excellent reputation with banks and creditors. We successfully cooperate with domestic and foreign enterprises to fit large machine bases, large engine shells, and produce kinds of stamping parts for the automotive, agricultural machinery, and home appliance industries.
